February Mug Club Tapping of our “Envy IPA” will be on the 8th
India Pale Ale was first brewed in England in the 19th century, when it was referred to as “pale ale as prepared for India”, “India Ale”, “pale India ale” or “pale export India ale”. Our ENVY IPA will have a moderate, persisting head, a golden body and a pleasantly hoppy aroma. …Deliciously hoppy with plenty of balanced malty sweetness.

The firkin and the beer engine
No, this isn’t a fable by Aesop…it just means that we now serve a CASK CONDITIONED ALE. The beer is naturally carobonated in it’s firkin and delivered into your waiting glass via the beer engine. unlike those by Aesop, our cask conditioned fables will change from firkin to firkin….the moral of our story???? goodness.
