What a lovely way to show Mom how much you care…take her to the St Francis Brewpub on Sunday May 13th. We will be offering an extensive buffet of Oatmeal BBQ Stout Ribs, our Homemade Quiche, a Carving Station, an Egg Bar and much much more. Maibockis our beer off the month for May….or Mai…..

This beer is actually a “Hellesbock” or a light -in color- member of the bock family. A departure from traditional Mai Bock or Doppelbock beers, this lager is straw-colored and very malty. Where it tends to separate itself is in its higher hop levels, giving it a crisp, spicy finish. The St. Francis Maibock has become a bit of a tradition, being one of our four seasonal German lagers.
